The Third Space for Change Leaders is a weekly online meeting space to practice “being well for doing well”—together with others on a similar path. This facilitated space provides a structure for:

  • Learning power skills to listen, communicate, and relate better

  • Feeling heard and understood in a space of trust and respect

  • Gaining fresh perspectives on your current situation

  • Uncovering new possibilities for concrete steps

  • Responding to isolation and anxiety


Who is it for?

It’s intentionally designed for entrepreneurs and change leaders* who are working to make a positive impact for the world, and feeling alone in isolation and anxiety.

*If you’re wondering whether you’re a change leader, anyone who is working to make a positive impact for the world is leading change.

How does it work?

The heart of this Third Space is trust, respect, and care. Everyone is co-responsible to honor and uphold the following Guiding Principles with openness and awareness:

  1. Uphold confidentiality.
  2. There is no expectation or obligation to speak.
  3. Participate by being present and listening.
  4. Do not give advice in the Third Space.
  5. Allow silence as part of the conversation.

Each weekly session is 60 minutes long and will be run live on Zoom

Navigating “What’s next?” with Emotional Intelligence is a 8-week journey for learning, practicing, and integrating skills to:

  • Develop a calm, focused, and clear mind
  • Release and ease chronic stress and tension
  • Prioritize what truly matters to stay the course
  • Recognize and manage emotions more skillfully
  • Strengthen authentic presence in relating to self and others
  • Listen with curiosity and empathy for genuine connection and trust
  • Get unstuck and move toward possibilities for creativity, meaning, and purpose

Who is it for?

It’s intentionally designed for restless professionals like you, asking the question: “If not this, then what?” You’ve tried many ways to get unstuck from your current work situation, whether employed or on your own. You have a strong desire to make a difference and make a living, but you feel like you’re spinning your wheels.

How does it work?

FORMAT: Eight (8) weekly interactive sessions via Zoom. Each session is ninety (90) minutes.

REQUIREMENTS: Two key requirements for participants are:

  1. The intention to learn and practice emotional intelligence skills for personal and professional development to access inner resources for guidance; and
  2. The commitment to fully participate with kind curiosity toward self and others to co-create a fun, friendly, and flourishing learning space.

What is it (for)?

The Incubator for a Way Out is a 4-month transformation journey for change leaders who are seeking to nurture a seed idea, prototype, or project in a space of trust, respect, and care, to make an outer impact that they couldn’t have done alone.

This facilitated space in a supportive community provides a structure for:

  • Uncovering new possibilities for concrete next steps
  • Practicing power skills to listen, communicate, and relate better
  • Gaining fresh perspectives and insights on your challenges and opportunities
  • Growing capacity for aligning intention, attention and action to stay the course
  • Learning to see and understand others so you’re seen and understood yourself
  • Nourishing yourself with joy, understanding, and compassion through ups and downs

Who is it for?

It’s intentionally designed for change leaders. You are a change leader, if you are:

  • running a business to make a positive impact in the world; or
  • considering an entrepreneurial path away from traditional employment; or
  • leading change inside or outside organizations to transform them as a positive force.

How does it work?

Enrollment is by application only.

  1. A 4-month-long support structure and connection hub for change leaders to incubate their seed idea, prototype, or project in a small cohort.
  2. A half-day co-initiation session* at the beginning to meet each other and learn simple, essential, and practical communication skills for the journey.
  3. Bi-weekly (every other week) 90-minute sessions* facilitated by Charles and Jung Starrett for the group to reflect on current challenges/wins and share insights/learnings.
  4. Up to four 60-minute individual mentoring sessions* with Charles and/or Jung.

*All sessions will be conducted on Zoom.
