We live and work together as the co-founders of SoulCo, a professional education firm for leadership excellence and well-being.
We love co-creating spaces of trust, respect, and care for human potential to come alive and thrive.
When we first met at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, we knew immediately that we wanted to work together.
It felt impossible at the time because Jung was a corporate attorney and Charles was pursuing his academic career in Ethnomusicology.
Since October 2011, we’ve chosen to live consciously and align our actions with our core values of simplicity, humility, integrity, and authenticity.
Our shared intention led us to teach mindfulness-based emotional intelligence skills for the benefit of ordinary people like us, living in extraordinary times.
The real skills we teach, practice, and facilitate for others, come from our life inquiry: “Who am I?” and “What is my work?”
And from our professional paths in law, business, and technology (for Jung); and academic institutions, music performance, and research-based education (for Charles).
In making our own paths as we walk, we’ve learned that cultivating real skills like emotional intelligence with awareness is a life-long practice.
Integrating our mind, body, and spirit for wholeness is the art and science of being human.
And as in any art, we continually practice to refine these skills for excellence—with joy, vitality, creativity, abundance, and gratitude.
