Eight (8) weekly interactive sessions on Zoom. Each session is ninety (90) minutes.

Session 5: Having a Practice
Session 6: Intention
Session 7: Connecting with Others
Session 8: North Star
Two key requirements for participants:
The intention to learn and practice emotional intelligence skills for personal and professional development; and
The commitment to fully participate with kind curiosity toward self and others to co-create a fun, friendly, and flourishing learning space.
A half-day co-initiation session at the beginning of the journey. Bi-weekly 90-minutes group sessions. Up to four (4) 60-minutes mentoring sessions with Charles and/or Jung.
All sessions are on Zoom and require both video and audio to participate.
