An 8-week journey of learning, practicing, and integrating real skills for:

  • Developing a calm, focused, and clear mind

  • Releasing and easing chronic stress and tension

  • Prioritizing what truly matters to stay the course

  • Recognizing and attending to difficult emotions for understanding

  • Listening with curiosity and empathy for genuine connection and trust

  • Cultivating and strengthening authentic presence in relating to self and others

  • Seeing possibilities more clearly and taking next steps with confidence and courage

How does it work?

Eight (8) weekly interactive sessions on Zoom. Each session is ninety (90) minutes.

Session 1: Power of Presence

Session 2: Well-being is a skill

Session 3: Emotional Awareness & Decisions

Session 4: Strong Emotions & Resilience

Session 5: Having a Practice

Session 6: Intention

Session 7: Connecting with Others

Session 8: North Star

Two key requirements for participants:

  • The intention to learn and practice emotional intelligence skills for personal and professional development; and

  • The commitment to fully participate with kind curiosity toward self and others to co-create a fun, friendly, and flourishing learning space.

What is the time commitment?

A half-day co-initiation session at the beginning of the journey. Bi-weekly 90-minutes group sessions. Up to four (4) 60-minutes mentoring sessions with Charles and/or Jung.

What technology is required?

All sessions are on Zoom and require both video and audio to participate.
