The Incubator for a Way Out is a 4-month transformation journey for change leaders who are seeking to nurture a seed idea, prototype, or project in a space of trust, respect, and care, to make an outer impact that they couldn’t have done alone.
This facilitated space in a supportive community provides a structure for:
Uncovering new possibilities for next steps
Growing capacity to be calm, to relax, and keep going
Gaining fresh perspectives and insights on challenges and opportunities
Practicing and integrating real skills for listening, communicating, and relating
Learning to see and understand others, and to be seen and understood by them
Nourishing yourself with joy, understanding, and compassion through ups and downs
It’s intentionally designed for change leaders who are:
Running a business to make a positive impact in the world; or
Considering an entrepreneurial path away from traditional employment; or
Leading change inside or outside organizations to transform them as a positive force.
